1. COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and other similar mechanisms to learn how users use our Website and for marketing purposes, including displaying advertisements to them elsewhere on the Internet.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file saved by a website on your computer, phone, or other device on which you browse the website. The cookie file contains data about your use of this website.
Some cookies are necessary for the operation of our Store, they cannot be turned off.
In other cases, when you first visit our Website, we ask you to consent to the installation of cookies. We do not use advertising or analytical cookies (or any other than strictly necessary) without your consent.
What cookies do we use?
- Necessary cookies
- These cookies are used for the proper functioning of the website. You cannot turn them off because after turning them off, our website simply will not function properly.
- In this regard, we use a tool that stores your privacy settings. It shows your consent or lack thereof to run specific types of cookies on our website.
- Other necessary cookies on our Website are used for its proper functioning and management, including making changes to the website and running tracking tools to which you consent.
- Functional cookies
- Some cookies on our website are used to run additional tools on the Store's website, such as a chat, a module for adding product reviews and/or stars, the ability to recommend a product to a friend, the ability to display products recently viewed in our Store, etc.
- A list of functional tools used by us on the Website, along with an explanation of what exactly they are used for, can be found in the cookie consent management panel.
- Videos
- Some videos on the Website are embedded using plugins from YouTube [a service owned by Google]. When you play such a video on our Website, Google receives information about it from your browser, even if you do not have a Google/YouTube profile or are not currently logged in. If you previously logged into the aforementioned service, this service provider will be able to directly assign the video playback to your profile.
- If you want to prevent Google from collecting information about your activity on our Website, you can:
- not play the video (We will treat your consent to play the video as consent regarding other videos on our Website as well - until you revoke it, i.e., change your cookie choices),
- not consent to cookies from this service on our Website,
- or you can log out of this service.
- More information about data processing by YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/account_privacy.
Legal issues regarding cookies
The legal basis for the Store to use necessary cookies (indicated above in the "What cookies do we use?" section) is our legitimate interest, i.e., the right to run a Website supporting our business, and the need to maintain its security.
The legal basis for our use of other cookies is your consent.
In connection with our processing of your personal data using cookies, you have the rights described in the section Your rights regarding data processing at any time.
Our use of cookies, in particular for advertising purposes, may involve so-called profiling. This means that we or the marketing companies whose services we use can create a user profile based on the collected information (e.g., e-mail address, order history, device type, technology used, frequency of visits) and on this basis formulate future purchasing forecasts. This allows us to make decisions about what content (including ads) to display on our and other websites.
How long do cookies remain on the user's device?
It depends on whether they are "persistent" or "session" cookies. Session cookies, i.e., information necessary for browser functionalities to work correctly, expire after the user's session ends, i.e., each time you close our Website. Persistent cookies, thanks to which using the website is easier (e.g., they remember the selected resolution, content layout, user preferences, recently viewed products), will be stored longer by the browser and will remain there until their expiration date, unless you delete them yourself earlier using the settings in the browser menu.
Third-party cookies (i.e., analytical, advertising, and social media-related) are subject to their own privacy policies, to which we provide links in this policy.

How long do we process data?
We process your data related to placing an order in the Store for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the order, and also until the expiry of the period specified in the tax law.
Structured invoices sent to KSeF are stored in KSeF for a period of 10 years, counting from the end of the year in which they were issued.
In addition, we will process data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes listed in the table above (and thus until our legal interest enabling us to process it ceases, or until you object to the processing, or possibly until you withdraw your marketing consent - if you have given us one). Further processing will be possible only if we as the administrator are subject to such a legal obligation (in particular tax purposes) and possibly for archival purposes to protect against potential claims (until the limitation period for such claims).
Who do we transfer your data to?
In our business, we use the services of other cooperating companies, therefore your data may be entrusted by us to: the company providing us with the software to run the Store, the accounting company, the hosting provider of our Website, the hosting provider of our e-mail, other companies whose services and marketing tools we use. Access to VAT invoices in KSeF is granted to entities authorized under the law, in particular to the authorities of the National Revenue Administration. In connection with the use of KSeF, we may grant permissions to use KSeF (in particular to view/receive invoices) to entities supporting us in fulfilling accounting obligations, e.g., an accounting office, in accordance with the rules for granting permissions in KSeF.
For the marketing activities described above in the "Cookies" section, we use services provided by entities based in the USA (Google, Facebook). In connection with the above, personal data may be transferred to third countries that are not members of the European Union. An adequate level of protection of your data is provided by the Data Privacy Framework program, about which you can read more at https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/s/.
Your rights regarding data processing
We are committed to respecting the confidentiality of your personal data and guaranteeing you the ability to exercise your rights. You can exercise your rights at no cost by sending us an e-mail or contacting us in another way.
Remember that in connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:
- request access from us to the data we have about you;
- rectify your data;
